Stir Fry Chicken with Mixed Vegetable (for 2 people)

A healthy and delicious stir-fry perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 350g chicken breasts, sliced
- 80ml Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrot, sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- Steamed jasmine rice to serve
Method
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
- Add all vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce and mix well.
- Cook for another minute until everything is coated and hot.
- Serve immediately with steamed jasmine rice.

Thai Chilli Basil Stir Fry (for 2 people)

Inspired by Thailand's famous Pad Krapao, this spicy stir-fry is bold, savoury, and packed with authentic flavour.
Ingredients
- 450g minced meat
- 80ml Cook Thai Chilli Basil Sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Jasmine rice to serve
- Crispy fried egg with runny yolk to serve (optional)
Method
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Cook Thai Chilli Basil Sauce.
- Add fresh basil leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot with jasmine rice and crispy fried egg (optional)

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 80ml Cook Thai Garlic & Pepper Sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Crispy garlic for garnish
- Jasmine rice or noodles to serve
Method

- Add chicken and cook until golden.

A delicious combination of tender chicken, crunchy cashew nuts, and rich Thai flavours.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 80ml Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 50g roasted cashew nuts
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- Jasmine rice or noodles to serve
Method
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until lightly golden.
- Add onion and red pepper and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce and mix well.
- Stir in cashew nuts and spring onions.
- Cook for another minute and serve immediately with jasmine rice.

Pad See Ew - Authentic Thai Stir Fry Rice Noodles (for 2 people)
"ผัดซีอิ๊ว"
A classic Thai stir-fry noodle dish featuring wide rice noodles, premium protein, egg and Chinese greens, wok-fried in a rich soy-based sauce for a deep, savoury flavour and signature smoky finish.
Ingredients
- 250g fresh wide rice noodles (or cooked dried wide rice noodles)
- 1 chicken breast or 200g firm tofu, thinly sliced
- 80ml Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups Chinese broccoli(gai lan), chopped into bite-sized pieces(or broccoli/tenderstem broccoli if unavailable)
- 1 egg
- Optional: 1 tsp dark soy sauce for extra colour and richness
- Ground white pepper, to taste
Method
- Separate the rice noodles if using fresh noodles. If using dried noodles, cook according to packet instructions, drain well and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add garlic and chicken (or tofu), and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Add the Chinese broccoli and cook for 2 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- Push everything to one side of the wok. Add remaining oil, crack in the egg, and scramble until just set.
- Add noodles, Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce, and the optional dark soy sauce.
- Mix everything together until hot and evenly coated. Allow noodles to sit for 20 seconds between mixing to develop the characteristic caramelised edges.
- Finish with a sprinkle of white pepper and serve immediately.
For even more authentic Pad See Ew, serve with a wedge of lime, pickled chillies in vinegar, or a pinch of chilli flakes on the side.

Egg Fried Rice - Quick & Easy Thai Egg Fried Rice (for 2 people)

A simple and delicious Thai-style fried rice packed with flavour and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- Pinch of sea salt flakes
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and chopped garlic then cook until softened.
- Crack in the eggs and scramble gently.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and stir well.
- Pour in Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce and mix until evenly coated.
- Add spring onions, ground white pepper and pinch of sea salt. Cook for another minute.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
