Stir Fry Chicken with mixed Vegetable (for 2 people)

A healthy and delicious stir-fry perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 80ml Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Steamed jasmine rice to serve

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add all vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Pour in Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce and toss well.
  5. Cook for another minute until everything is coated and hot.
  6. Serve immediately with steamed jasmine rice.

Stir Fry Beef and Chilli Basil Sauce (for 2 people)

Inspired by Thailand's famous Pad Krapao, this spicy stir-fry is bold, savoury, and packed with authentic flavour.

Ingredients

  • 300g beef strips or minced beef
  • 2 tbsp Cook Thai Chilli Basil Sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Jasmine rice to serve 
  • Crispy fried egg with runny yolk to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in Cook Thai Chilli Basil Sauce.
  5. Add fresh basil leaves and mix well.
  6. Serve hot with jasmine rice and crispy fried egg (optional)

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Crispy garlic for garnish 
  • Jasmine rice or noodles to serve

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until golden.
  3. Add onion and mixed vegetables.
  4. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add Cook Thai Garlic & Pepper Sauce and toss well.
  6. Cook for another minute until everything is hot and coated.
  7. Garnish with coriander and crispy garlic and serve with jasmine rice.

Egg Fried Rice - Quick & Easy Thai Egg Fried Rice (for 2 people)

A simple and delicious Thai-style fried rice packed with flavour and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper 
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and chopped garlic then cook until softened.
  3. Crack in the eggs and scramble gently.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice and stir well.
  6. Pour in Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce and mix until evenly coated.
  7. Add spring onions, ground white pepper and pinch of sea salt. Cook for another minute.

Ingredients

  • 1 portion egg noodles (for 2 people)
  • 80ml Cook Thai Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 chicken breast or tofu, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • Spring onions for garnish

Method

  1. Cook egg noodles according to packet instructions and set aside.
